You can have for you third meal
ostrich,tilapia, flounder,fluke, sole or cod
Meal 5 can be salmon, swordfish, or RED MEAT.
Also you can repeat meal 3 or can of tuna in a day instead of 1 protein drink.
You can flop meal 3 and 5 to change things up.
