Went back to the weight loss center. Officially lost 11 lbs since Last Monday. Trying to get to my goal weight of 180. Feeling a little tired on the diet and a little bit upset stomace at times. But over all good progress so far.

Ok for an update on the last diet… I started to get some stomach cramps all the time and that was the end of that diet. It took me about 6 months to get over that diet fully and gained all of the weight back… Wish me luck with this new one..

Went for a jog with Jack yesterday. I was still sore from the previous days snowboarding excersion. It was a beautiful day and had a great time. I am really hurting today though.
